Klam was built from the ground up with safety and respect as core principles — not afterthoughts. Here's exactly how we keep you safe.

Verified profiles

Every profile on Klam goes through a verification process. This means when you connect with someone, you can be confident you're talking to a real person — not a bot or a fake account.

Mutual consent on every video call

No video call can happen without both users explicitly agreeing to it. We've designed the call-scheduling feature so that one-sided or surprise calls are technically impossible. Both of you choose to show up.

No default recording

Your video conversations are never recorded by default. Klam does not store or share recordings of your calls unless you explicitly choose to (for features where recording is offered as an opt-in option in future). Your private conversations stay private.

18+ only

Klam is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We have age verification measures in place to enforce this. If you believe someone on the platform is under 18, please report them immediately.

Report & block

Every profile and message has an easy-to-access report button. You can block any user at any time with a single tap — they won't be able to contact you again, and Klam's moderation team reviews all reports.

Your personal data stays private

Your phone number, email address, and other personal details are never shared with other users. All communication happens inside the Klam app so you control exactly what personal information you choose to share.

How to report or block a user

Reporting a user

  1. 1. Open the user's profile inside the Klam app.
  2. 2. Tap the menu icon (three dots) in the top-right corner.
  3. 3. Select "Report" and choose the reason that best describes the issue.
  4. 4. Add any additional details if you'd like, then submit.
  5. 5. Klam's moderation team will review your report.

Blocking a user

  1. 1. Open the user's profile inside the Klam app.
  2. 2. Tap the menu icon (three dots) in the top-right corner.
  3. 3. Select "Block".
  4. 4. Confirm the block. The user will not be notified and cannot contact you again.

You can unblock a user at any time from your settings.

How to delete your account

You have the right to delete your Klam account at any time. When you delete your account, your profile and associated personal data will be removed from Klam's systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Steps to delete your account

  1. 1. Open the Klam app and go to your profile.
  2. 2. Tap Settings (gear icon).
  3. 3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
  4. 4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion.
